Being a caterer is more than just a vocation – it is an avocation. Some aspects can be learnt, but the decisive ones are a natural gift. For it takes far more than learnable skills to be a good caterer. Heart and brain, appearance and style, politeness and diplomacy – and last but not least: you have to love your guests!
After attending hotel management school, I gained 20 years of experience in many areas of the catering and hotel business and event management, also spending some years in Switzerland.
My acquired know-how and my passion for beautiful events and first-class catering services make the event agency Schönstein unique. I am looking forward to using my skills to your benefit.
To me catering is far more than eating and drinking. Catering has a lot to do with life style and offers many opportunities for creativity and the development of an own style. I am both interested in recent food-trends and longstanding traditions. The interplay between these two poles inspires and motivates me at work. It is a great pleasure for me to pay attention to every detail and not to leave anything to chance when planning and developing events. To me a successful event is a total artwork all components of which must be perfect.
